A Night to Remember: The Grand Opening of Tambosi’s Winter Pop-up

A culinary celebration curated by 3-star chef Thomas Bühner & 2-star chef Daniel Achilles.
On November 28, 2024, we had the pleasure of orchestrating the highly anticipated opening of the Tambosi UPSTAIRS – Winter Pop-Up by Thomas Bühner.
In an intimate setting of 115 invited guests — including media, VIPs, industry insiders, friends and family — the evening unfolded as a warm, atmospheric celebration of creativity, gastronomy, and modern luxury hospitality.
The night featured an extraordinary collaboration between 3-star chef Thomas Bühner and 2-star chef Daniel Achilles, who delighted guests with an exclusive multi-course experience. Each dish showcased exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and artistry, making the pop-up’s debut truly unforgettable.

The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback and significant media attention, with coverage across key culinary and lifestyle outlets amplifying the success of the launch.
